The Mentorship Direct program offers both structure and flexibility. Our Structure provides participants a mentoring workflow to follow and is critical to helping participants achieve productive learning that reaches defined goals. Similarly, our flexibility essentially supports varying individual mentoring needs across specific learning goals, preferences, and learning style.

Dr. Fola Adeyemo is the Founder of Mentorship Direct. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She is a law lecturer at the University of Reading and the Deputy Director for Admissions.

Dr. Bolanle Adebola

Law Lecturer

Dr. Bolanle Adebola is a lecturer in International Commercial Law at the School of Law, University of Reading and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Olaniran Osotuyi

Legal Practitioner

Olaniran Osotuy is a Senior Associate at Olaniwun Ajayi. He holds a First Class Honours in Law and an LLM from the University of Cambridge. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Dr. Akinseye Aluko

Associate Lecturer

Dr. Akinseye Aluko is a lecturer at the University of East London. His research areas of interest are Strategic Change Management, Strategic Entrepreneurship, Maritime Crude Oil Transportation, Strategic Mobility and Strategic Marketing, to mention a few. Akinseye has also supervised, research dissertations (Postgraduate and Undergraduate levels) & research projects (HND level) at different Universities and Colleges.
